A scissor telescopic thickness gauge used for scanning and measuring the center of a blown film circle. Adopting a scissor type telescopic structure. Used for measuring the thickness of film bubbles in the blown film process of the blown film machine. Can be equipped with new equipment and renovated with old equipment. The advantages of this structure are as follows.
1. Adopt scissor type telescopic mechanism. Reduced the diameter of the rotating disk. Compared to conventional linear telescopic structures. Reduce the circumference of the turntable. Reduced the volume. Reduced weight. Easy to install and transport.
2. Scissor type telescopic mechanism. Compared to a linear telescopic mechanism. Shortened the straight-line radius travel. The load is lighter. A smaller power servo motor can be used. Energy saving and efficient.
3. Adopt a separate structure. Forming a triangular circle center measurement method, integrating capacitive sensors and acquisition cards into a circuit. Install directly at the reference point. Install servo motor on the lower suspension. The support point is installed at the scissor type intersection. Ultrasonic sensors measure the diameter of membrane bubbles. Calculate through PLC module. Control the servo motor to push the support point position. Scissor type mechanism with telescopic movement. Make the capacitive sensor closely adhere to the surface of the membrane bubble to measure the thickness.
4.360 degree circular rotation scanning. The rotating disk is equipped with a conductive copper ring. Conductive carbon brush. Adopting a unidirectional 360 degree rotation method. Replaced the traditional round trip method. Reduced the number of lines. We have adopted USR wireless IoT servers. The data cloud platform bridging mode between MODBUSRTU and MODBUSTCP. Improved the response speed of data transmission and parsing. Solved the drawbacks of delay and interference often caused by conventional use of 485 communication.
5. Upgrade the industrial computer control system to Windows 10. Using LAbvIEW software. Collect thickness gauge data. Communication PLC output. Control the automatic adjustment of the wind ring. Adjust the thickness deviation of the membrane bubble.
