Efficient and energy-saving PE breathable film is a new type of material internationally, which is widely used in various fields of daily life due to its breathable and leak proof characteristics, such as sanitary napkins, diaper bottoms, medical surgical gowns, respiratory paper fabrics in the construction industry, and other packaging products. The breathable membrane contains a large proportion (50-60%) of inorganic fillers with ultrafine density, which are processed through casting and stretching processes to form numerous micropores with uniform distribution. The pore size of micropores ranges from 0.1 to 10 microns and forms channels for gas to pass through, while only allowing gas to pass through without leaking liquid.

 

This device is used for {PE. PET. PS. PVC. PA. PP} materials. In addition, PLA biodegradable masterbatch and functional additives are added. And TPEE polyester elastomers.   


The one-step casting and stretching breathable film production line consists of an automatic raw material supply system, a twin-screw extruder mixing host, a screw pump, an extrusion molding system, a stretching and shaping system, and a cooling and winding system. Continuously complete the process of conveying, proportioning, feeding, mixing and dispersing, extrusion, stretching and shaping, and winding of raw materials. Has the following advantages:1. 3. The twin-screw mixing extruder adopts a high torque transmission box, which has high production efficiency. 4. The extrusion molding system adopts precise molds and pressure rollers, and the film formed by casting is stable in width and uniform in thickness.
5. The stretching and shaping system consists of a heating device, a stretching device, and a cooling device, with stable operation and uniform stretching ratio.
