A blown film method for coiling LCP material. Offline peeling and splitting equipment. Due to the difficulty of processing a single LCP material. TRX/lcp/TRX composite material obtained by three-layer co extrusion blown film method. A thin layer of TRX on the inner and outer surfaces provides protection. Need to peel off the inner and outer layers. Finally, the middle layer LCP material was obtained. Due to the normal velocity of the blown film being between 8-40 meters per minute. If stripped online, it will increase energy consumption. Considering high efficiency and energy conservation. Develop an offline peeling and rolling device. Peel off TRX and LCP. Independently classified for use. According to the process requirements. Free adjustment of linear speed. It can be used online with blown film method. It can also be used independently offline.


This device consists of one unwinding machine. 1 heat treatment device. 3 winding machines. Formed by combination. Easy to install. Easy to operate. Featuring ultra-high cost-effectiveness. Replace the imported production lines from South Korea and Japan.
Usage process - unwinding - rewinding - heat treatment - rewinding. 4 steps. Place the 3-layer composite material on the unwinding machine. After passing through the traction device, manually peel off each layer of material. Guide three winding machines separately. The inner and outer layers are made of TRX material. LCP thin film material in the middle layer. Need to enter the oven and stretch longitudinally again. Enter the roll up process.


The structure is as follows:
S0- Dual station 360 degree flipping center structure. Equipped with AB axis. Two rolls of material can be installed simultaneously. Realize non-stop flipping and material receiving. The A-roll material is almost finished. The B-roll material will automatically stop when flipped to the receiving position. Press down the B roll material and connect it to the A roll material. After completing the material reception. A roll stops tension output. Manually reinstall the new roll material. The unwinding machine is equipped with AB air expansion shaft. AB magnetic powder tension clutch. Flip frame. Flip motor. Tension sensor. Edge correction control.
S1- Heat treatment device. Equipped with an oven. Thermal rod. Spread the flat stick. After LCP material enters the oven. The S-shaped inserts between the guide rollers. Stretching and shaping after heating. After leaving the oven. Introduce a winding machine for coiling.
S2- The winding machine is a center double station flipping structure with traction. Splitting. Roll up location. Equipped with automatic flipping, cutting, and material exchange. Online tension control. So that the material can be rolled up without wrinkles or folds.
