      Its advantages lie in the following functions:

  1. The winding mode has passive surface friction+active center winding+gap control, which adapts to the winding needs of materials with different properties;

  2. The winding has offline and online slitting functions, saving subsequent slitting processes. It is equipped with high-precision tension sensors to measure real-time tension of materials online and closed-loop control of winding taper tension, which can meet the tension requirements of different materials;

  3. Equipped with a fully automatic mechanical arm for lifting and grasping the shaft, eliminating the need for manual lifting and grasping, saving manual labor, and providing convenient and user-friendly operation;

  4. Equipped with a fully automatic shaft pulling device, eliminating the need for manual shaft pulling, replacing traditional manual shaft pulling, and improving work efficiency;

  5. Equipped with fully automatic unloading and automatic installation of paper tube device, replacing manual labor;

  6. Automatic roll changing and cutting of materials, reducing manual operation and material waste;

  The process and structure are as follows:

  1. The material passes through the guide roller and enters the S0 pressure sensor - S1 slitting and breaking knife - S2 flattening rod - S3 surface friction area;

  2.S3 is equipped with a drive motor, a reducer, and a large leather roller;

  3. The S4 flipping cutting tool holder is installed on the inner side of the S3 end. The tool holder is equipped with guide rollers and rodless cylinders, a meter sensor, and a flipping motor. When the material reaches the set meter, the tool holder automatically flips to the designated position, completes cutting the material automatically, and returns to the original position S5;

  4. S6- Spare gas expansion shaft placement location, equipped with linear track, slider, and cylinder;

  5. S7- The driving part of the translation center is equipped with a straight track and a rack at the bottom, and gears and racks are installed on the outer sides of both ends to cooperate with each other and maintain synchronization in the translation direction. The driving part is equipped with a motor, a reducer, a clutch, a cylinder, and a track. During operation, the cylinders on both sides push the slider to hold the inflation shaft, and the driving center rotates synchronously and in the same direction as the S3 surface friction. When not in operation, the cylinders at both ends retract, and the inflation shaft only works passively by friction, disconnecting the active driving power;

  

  6. S7 coiling material, as the outer diameter gradually increases, the outer thrust cylinder is equipped with a proportional valve, which automatically adjusts the cylinder according to the change in outer diameter. When material needs to be changed, the solenoid valve controls the cylinder to push out the translation device and run in a straight line direction to reach the S8 unloading position;

  7. The S8 unloading device is equipped with a top material part S9, a material support part S10, and a lifting platform S11. The top material part is equipped with a linear track, slider, cylinder, and bracket. When the material is pushed to the unloading bracket by translation, the cylinder is in the extended position. When unloading is needed, the lifting platform S11 works and moves vertically upwards. S11 is equipped with a lifting screw, a driving motor, and a lifting mechanism;

  8. The S10 material handling part is equipped with a V-shaped platform, a cylinder flipping plate, gears, and racks. When unloading, the platform moves upward with the lifting mechanism to hold the material. After passing through the shaft part S11 and dragging away the inflation shaft, the platform moves down to the bottom, and the flipping plate begins to flip the material. The gears and racks can ensure the balance of up and down movement on both sides;

  9. The S11 shaft is equipped with a straight track, slider, rack, gear, drive motor, gripping part, cylinder, U-shaped wheel, and top shaft part S12;

  10.S12 is equipped with cylinders, linear tracks, sliders, and U-shaped wheels;

  11. Shaft threading process: When S10 and S11 rise to the designated position, S9 descends to the designated position, S12 begins to execute, and the driving motor moves in the X direction. When it comes into contact with the inflation shaft, it reaches the designated position. When it grabs the inflation shaft, the driving motor runs in the opposite direction and returns to the original end position. S10 and S11 start to descend to the bottom designated position, flipping begins. After the material unloading is completed, S10 and S11 start to rise to the designated position and place the paper tube on the V-shaped platform. S12 starts to reciprocate and sends the inflation shaft into the inner wall of the paper tube. After completion, it returns to the original end point again. This process replaces the steps of manual shaft pulling and threading by two people, saving labor and improving work efficiency;

  12. S13. The electrical controls are installed on the outer covers of both ends, which are simple, refreshing, and easy to operate. They are equipped with PLC, touch screen, and electrical components,

  13. The S14 robotic arm is equipped with a linear track, slider, rack, gear, drive motor, telescopic cylinder, and grasping opening and closing cylinder for grasping parts. They control the forward and backward movement, up and down movement, grasping action, and complete the steps of changing and releasing the shaft.
